摘　　要：目的评价螺旋CT双期增强扫描在胰腺癌PET/CT诊断中的应用价值.方法 24例PET/CT检查病例螺旋CT扫描诊断均使用胰期、肝期螺旋扫描.100 mL离子型对比剂快速团注,3 mm薄层扫描,Pitch1.0、2～3 mm薄层重建.结果胰期扫描胰腺癌病灶检出率达92%,胰周小血管状态了解较好,胰期延时扫描时间38～40 s最佳,肝期扫描肝脏受侵,转移情况显示满意.结论 PET/CT检查胰腺癌使用双期螺旋CT扫描能准确地评价胰腺肿瘤本身及胰周血管受侵状况,能准确检出肝转移灶,提高肿瘤手术切除可行性估计的价值.Objective To evaluate the value of dual-phase helical CT in the PET/CT diagnosis of the pancreatic carcinoma.Methods Twenty-four patients were given dual-phase spiral CT examination.The patients were scanned for both arterial and portal phases after the injection with 100 mL ionotropic contrast agent,3 mm tlc scanning,Pitch 1.0,2～3 mm thin slice reconstruction.Result The detectable rate of pancreatic carcinoma scanning was 92 % in pancreas period,vasa recta around pancreas were well,the delayed sweep at 30～40 s in pancreas period was the best.The liver and transfer condition displayed well in hepatic phase.Conclusion Dual-phase helical CT in the PET/CT diagnosis of the pancreatic carcinoma can evaluate precisely pancreatic carcinoma and vascular invasion,find hepatic metastasis,and evaluate precisely the feasibility of operation.
