摘　　要：消化性溃疡并出血是消化性溃疡最常见的并发症.近年来的研究认为男性、O型血者、烟酒、溃疡大小及部位、非甾体类抗炎药等药物、气象因素是引起消化性溃疡并出血的确定性危险因素,而年龄、幽门螺杆菌感染、心理-社会因素及经济文化水平对消化性溃疡并出血的影响却存在一定的争议.Bleeding is the most common complication of peptic ulcer. Recent studies have suggested that male sex, blood type O, smoking, ulcer size and location, use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and meteorological factors were risk factors for peptic ulcer bleeding, while age, Helicobacter pylori infection, psychological-social factors, and economic and educational levels were controversial risk factors for peptic ulcer bleeding.
