慢性牙周炎患者血清CPR、E-选择素水平检测的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性牙周炎患者血清C反应蛋白(CPR)、E-选择素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法:选择143例慢性牙周炎患者,用免疫比浊法测定血清CPR,用酶联免疫吸附反应法(ELISA)测定血清E选择素水平,并和正常对照组比较。结果:慢性牙周炎患者血清CPR、E选择素水平增高,和牙周正常者比较(P<0.01)。结论:慢性牙周炎患者血清CPR、E-选择素的水平升高,是牙周炎促使冠心病发生发展的的重要物质基础。Objective：To explore the expression of serums C-reactive protein（CRP）and E-selestin in patients with chronic periodontitis.Method：the blood serum was obtained from 143 patients with chronic periodontitis.As a control,blood serum was also obtained from 142 subjects without periodontitis.CRP was determined by Immunoturbidimetric assay and E-selectin was determined by sensitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Result：The levels of CRP and E-selestin in the blood serum of chronic periodontitis was higher than that in health control subjects.Conclusion：In this study,we were able to show that chronic periodontitis significantly affects the levels of serum CRP and E-selectin.
