摘　　要：脑啡肽是内源性阿片肽物质之一，具有镇痛、免疫调节、生长抑制等功能，适合慢性疼痛的治疗。本文就脑啡肽的生物学特性及转前脑啡肽原基因在慢性疼痛中的应用作一综述。Enkephalin, one of endogenous opioid peptides, has effects on analgesia, immuno- regulation, growth suppression and as so, which is suitable to treat chronic pain. The biological characteristics of enkephalin and applicaTcions of trans-preproenkephalin gene in the treatment of chronic pain were described in this review.
