口腔科门诊护士标准预防依从性调查分析及对策

摘　　要：目的了解口腔科门诊护士实施标准预防依从性情况,探讨改进对策。方法采用自行设计调查问卷,对5家三级综合医院155名口腔科门诊护士的标准预防行为依从性及影响因素进行调查分析。结果口腔科门诊护士标准预防行为依从性分类得分最高为锐器处理(3.54分),最低为合理使用防护用品(3.23分),环境处理3.44分,洗手与手消毒3.39分,正确应用手套3.31分,总计平均得分3.38分(84.5%),达到良好水平。结论虽然口腔科门诊护士实施标准预防依从率良好,但与标准预防要求比还有一定的距离,对口腔科门诊护士标准预防行为进行有效干预、提高依从性仍是十分必要的。Objective：To investigate the standard prevention of dental nurses and propose solutions. Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was used to survey standard prevention and its effects of 155 dental nurses in 5 comprehensive hospitals. Results： Among all the standard preventions compliance the disposal of sharp instrument （scored 3.54） ranked the highest and proper usage of preventive instrument（scored 3.23） ranked the lowest.The compliance score of environment handling ,hand washing and disinfection, proper use of gloves were 3.44,3.39 and 3.31 respectively. The average score is 3.84 （84.5%）. Conclusion： The overall compliance of standard prevention is acceptable, and it is still necessary to further improve the standard prevention of dental nurses.
