摘　　要：目的探讨低位直肠癌保肛术后阴道瘘治疗预防措施。方法3例直肠阴道瘘患者行结肠造瘘术，并对一例典型病例的治疗效果进行分析。结果经过结肠造口术、阴道瘘口修补术、结肠造瘘口还纳术，3例均已治愈。结论对直肠阴道瘘患者行规范治疗，效果满意。Objective To investigate the treatment and prevention measures of vaginal fistula after sphincter-saving resection in patients with low rectal cancer. Methods 3cases with vaginal fistula received colostomy, and 1 typical case was analyzed. Results After colostomy, vaginal fistula neoplasty and enterostomy stoma reduction, all the 3 cases were cured. Conclusions The therapeutic effect of standard treatment to vaginal fistula after sphincter-saving resection in patients with low rectal cancer is promising.
