摘　　要：肝细胞移植是一种很有前景的肝病治疗方法。它能够延长患者生存时间,使肝衰竭患者等到供者肝脏。而且,可部分纠正遗传性肝脏代谢性疾病患者的代谢缺陷。本文对肝细胞移植的技术方法、临床应用及发展前景进行综述。Hepatoeyte transplantation is a promising therapy for liver diseases. It may prolong survival in patients with liver failure until a suitable donor liver is available. Moreover, it can partly correct metabolic defects in patients with inherited metabolic liver disease. This review focuses on the technology, clinical application and prospects of hepatocyte transplantation.
