摘　　要：通过对国内120所医学类院校图书馆进行网络调查,明晰现阶段医学类院校图书馆FAQ服务开展的现状。鉴于医学图书馆FAQ服务存在的问题,应有针对性地改进服务:规范FAQ服务名称、完善检索系统、提高特色服务、及时更新。Based on an internet research of the FAQ service on library Websites of 120 medical schools in China,and an analysis of the current development of FAQ service,the author points out the problems that occur in FAQ service and offers corresponding suggestions for improvement.
