摘 要:研究了四溴联苯醚(tetrabromodiphenyl ether,BDE-47)对剑尾鱼的急性毒性及其肝脏还原型谷光甘肽(GSH)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶(GST)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及7-乙氧基异吩恶唑酮-脱乙基酶(EROD)活性的影响.结果表明,BDE-47对剑尾鱼毒性作用属于高毒.GST和EROD活性在0.02mg·L-1BDE-47污染胁迫下即被显著诱导;72h和168h后GSH含量均受到抑制,168h时达到最低值;随着BDE-47暴露浓度的增加,CAT活性呈现先上升后下降的变化规律,而MDA含量则先下降后逐渐上升.其中,MDA和EROD响应较为敏感,在作为BDE-47暴露的生物标记物方面有较好的应用前景.生物体内酶活性的变化只能间接反映污染物对生物造成应激效应的程度,对BDE-47的致毒机制有待进一步研究.The acute toxicity of tetrabromodiphenyl ether (BDE-47) to swordtail fish (Xiphophorus helleri) was evaluated by measuring a series of physiological parameters,including glutathione (GSH),glutathione S-transferase (GST),catalase (CAT),7-ethoxyresorufin-o-dealkylases (EROD) and malondialdehyde (MDA). The experimental results showed that BDE-47 is high-toxic to Xiphophorus helleri. GST and EROD were induced significantly when the level of BDE-47 was 0.02 mg·L-1. The content of GSH decreased after 72 h and reached the lowest value at 168 h. With the increase of exposure concentration of BDE-47,CAT activity increased firstly and then was inhibited gradually. In contrast,MDA reduced firstly and then increased steadily. Compared with the other parameters,both MDA and EROD were sensitive and suitable to be used as potential biomarkers for exposure to BDE-47. The change of enzyme activity can only reflect the degree of stress to the organism from a pollutant indirectly,and further studies are still needed to clarify the mechanism of toxicity of BDE-47 to aquatic organisms.
