摘　　要：辅导员队伍是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是培养社会主义事业合格建设者和可靠接班人的组织保障。如何建设好一支高效稳定和谐的高校辅导员队伍,已经成为各高等学校思想政治教育的一个热点问题,而如何培育和提升辅导员的高忠诚度,则成了这个热点问题的核心和关键。Counselors are the core personnel in the work of college students ideological and political education and the organizational guarantee in training socialism builders and reliable successors.How to build the high effect,stable and harmonious colleges counselor team has become the hot problem in the colleges ideological and political education.And how to cultivate and promote the career loyalty of the counselor is the core and the key point in the hot problem.
