摘　　要：在分析现有相关文献的基础上,提出一个基于平衡计分卡的战略执行体系,并对其应用进行讨论,以期为战略执行的研究和实践提供参考。Strategy execution is the process which aims to translate decisions into concrete actions and achieve strategic objectives ultimately. How to promote the effective strategy execution has received more and more attention in theoretical and business fields. Practice shows that the lack of theoretical guidance is one of the main reasons of the ineffective strategy exe- cution. Based on the analysis of existing literature, this paper proposes a strategy execution system on the basis of the balanced scorecard, and discusses its application in order to provide reference for the strategy execution in research and practice.
