摘　　要：非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)在建设海峡西岸经济区发挥了积极的作用。通过调研,发现海西非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)发展存在政府重视度不够、资金来源不足、内部运行机制弱,政会不分等问题,提出通过转移政府职能、扩大协会经费来源、建立比较完善的行业协会内部运行机制、使行业协会与政府部门脱钩等对策来改善海西非公有制经济组织行业协会(商会)的发展。Non- public economic organization industry associations （Chambers of commerce） play a positive role in the construction of the economic zone of West Coast. Through the investigation, we find out the nnnpublic eeonomy organization industry associations （Chambers of commerce） in the eeonomic zone of West Coast have some problems, such as insufficient government attention and funds, weak internal operation mechanism, ambiguous functions, and so on. The paper proposes to improve the development of non - public economic organizations industry association （ Chambers of commerce） in the economic zone of west coast by transferring tunction of government, expanding funding, establishing comparatively sound internal mechanism of industry association, de - linking the government departments and trade associations, and so on.
