摘　　要：产业网络是一个自组织系统,其演进受系统内外因素的作用。企业成长是产业网络系统演进的重要内部因素,伴随着企业的成长,产业网络会经历从形成到衰退的过程,而当企业实现由代内成长向代际飞跃时,产业网络也将发生重构或实现升级。产业网络演进就是在企业生命周期发展轨迹的作用下,所发生的不断由旧稳态结构向新稳态结构的渐变与突变过程。Industrial network is a self-organization system, and its evolution is affected by internal and external faetors. Enterprise growth is the major internal factors of industrial network evolution. Along with the growth of enterprises, industrial network experiences the process from formation to decline. When enterprises achieve generation growth from intergeneration development, industrial network will also be restructured or upgraded. The evolution of industrial network is the process of developing from an old stable structure to a new steady one along with the development path of enterprise life - cycle.
