摘 要:采用质量分数50%的丙酮浸泡芳纶及其织物,经超声波处理后,使用磷酸和硫酸处理,研究了酸处理前后芳纶及其织物的结构、表面形貌及力学性能。结果表明:在未处理前芳纶表面光滑,处理后芳纶及其织物被刻蚀,有明显沟壑;在经过酸处理后芳纶强力下降,质量分数20%的磷酸对芳纶处理效果明显,强力下降少,质量分数20%硫酸对织物处理效果比磷酸的好。Aramid fiber and fabric were soaked in a 50% acetone solution by mass fraction and were treated with phosporous acid and sulphuric acid solutions after ultrasonic treatment. The structure, surface morphology and mechanical properties of aramid fiber and fabric were studied before and after acid treatment. The results showed that the surface of the aramid fiber was smooth before acid treatment, but was obviously etched after acid treatment. The strength of the fiber and fabric dropped less after treating with 20% phosporous acid by mass fraction which provided a wonderful treating effect. Sulphuric acid with the mass fraction of 20% was better in the treating effect than phosporous acid.
