瑜伽练习和书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨瑜伽练习、书画治疗对精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的影响。方法:将105例精神分裂症住院患者随机分为瑜伽练习组38例、书画治疗组24例和对照组43例,对照组给予精神科常规治疗,瑜伽组和书画组除精神科常规治疗外分别给予8周瑜伽练习和书画治疗。用GQOLI-74评定三组患者治疗前后的的生活质量。结果:8周后瑜伽组和书画组患者除住房和经济状况外其他18个因子分、总分及四个维度分均显著高于对组(P<0.05)。瑜伽组在总分及心理功能和社会功能2个维度,以及睡眠与精力、性功能、负性情感、正性情感、工作与学习、业余娱乐生活等6个因子分上均显著高于书画治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:瑜伽练习和书画治疗都有利于精神分裂症住院患者生活质量的提高,瑜伽练习对住院患者生活质量的提高优于书画治疗。Objective： To explore the effect of Yoga exercise and painting therapy on the quality of life of the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia. Methods： 105 hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into Yoga practice group {n = 38 } , painting therapy group （n = 24） and control group （n =43）. The patients in the control group received conventional psychiatric treatment; the patients in the Yoga exercise group and the painting therapy group were given additional Yoga exercise and painting therapy for 8 weeks besides conventional psychiatric treatment and then GQOLI -74 was used to assess the quality of life of the patients in the three groups before and after treatment. Results ： The scores of 18 factors （ except the fac- tors of housing and economic conditions ） , the total scores and the scores of 4 dimensions were significantly higher in the Yoga exercise and painting therapy groups than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the total scores, the scores of other 6 factors in psychological function and social function, sleep and energy, sexual function, negative and positive emotion, work and learning and amateur entertainment were significantly higher in the Yoga Group than those in the painting therapy group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Yoga exercises and painting therapy will help the hospitalized patients with schizophrenia improve their life quality; Yoga exercise can markedly improve the life quality of the patients than painting therapy does.
