翼状胬肉逆行切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察翼状胬肉逆行切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的临床效果。方法将53例患者(60眼)随机分为翼状胬肉逆行切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术组(A组),翼状胬肉行逆行切除联合羊膜移植术(B组),分别实施手术并随访6～12个月,观察术后翼状胬肉复发情况,并统计、比较两组复发率。结果 A组完成全部随访的29眼中,复发1眼,复发率3.45%,B组完成全部随访的26眼中复发6眼,复发率23.08%,两组复发率有统计学差异(P=0.044<0.05,Fisher's exact检验)。结论翼状胬肉逆行切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术与翼状胬肉逆行切除联合羊膜移植术相比复发率低。Objective To evaluate the retrograde excision of pterygium combined with autograft of corneal limbus stem cells for the treatment of pterygium. Methods Fi.fity-three patients with 60 eyes were assigned to retrograde excision of pterygium combined with autograft of corneal limbus stem cells group （group A） and retrograde excision of pterygium combined with amniotic membrane trans- plantation （group B）. All patients had been followed up for 6-12 month after the operation. Recurrence rate was compred between the two groups. Results Recurrence rate was 3.45% in group A and 23.08% in group B which was statistically significant. Conclusion The retrograde excision of pterygium combined with autograft of corneal limbus stem cells has a lower recurrent rate eomprared with the retrograde excision of pterygium combined with amniotic membrane transplantation.
