发达国家建设学习型社会依托载体的研究与启示

摘　　要：在迈向学习型社会的进程中，如何选择最佳的依托载体已成为重要的现实问题。本文在系统阐述学习型社会与终身教育体系的本质涵义与体系构架的基础上，分析了世界上一些发达国家、尤其是英国创建学习型社会依托载体的经验，进而提出了对探寻具有中国特色、且人民群众乐于接受的依托载体及其实现途径的启示。Now that we are marching towards a learning society, it has become an issue of significance and practicability as to choose the best carriers of lifelong learning. This paper makes a systematic illustration of the substantial connotations and structures of the learning society and lifelong education system, on the basis of which it moves on to analyze the experiences of certain developed countries in creating the carriers of a learning society, especially UK. Then it puts forward the carriers featured by Chinese characteristics, popular with the common people, and how to approach them.
