摘　　要：问题是科学研究的灵魂,贯穿于科学研究的整个过程,最后以问题的解决和引出新问题作为归宿。事实上,自然科学发展的历史,就是他所研究的问题发展的历史,是问题不断展开和深入的历史。如何培养研究生发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力就成为高等医学教育的核心。本文结合医学院校自然辩证法教学的相关内容,从问题的作用、问题的结构、问题的提出和表述、问题的评价几个方面,论述了研究生在科研中要确立的观念和应当遵循的规范。The problem is the spirit of scientific research, running through the whole process of research, and ending in resolution of this problem and appearance of a new problem. In fact, the history of nature science development is the scientific progress of the problem studied, and launching and furthering of the problem. How to cultivate postgraduates to find, analyze and solve problems lies at the core of higher medical education. Integrating medical schools＇ teaching contents of Dialectics of Nature by the function, the structure, the submission and formulation, and the evaluation of the problem, this article discussed the concept postgraduates should establish and the standards they should conform to.
