下颌骨骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:对下颌骨骨折病例进行回顾性分析。方法:对90例136处下颌骨骨折患者情况及治疗效果进行观察分析。结果:在下颌骨骨折的病例中以20～45岁多发,在治疗中通过传统治疗方法与坚强内固定进行对比性观察。结论:注重功能恢复良好的情况下,灵活掌握治疗,选择创伤及痛苦小,经济实用治疗方法更为重要。Objective： To review the clinical analysis of mandibular fracture cases.Methods： 136 mandibular fractures among 90 patients were diagnosed and the therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results： 20~45 years old people has higher morbidity among mandibular fracture cases.Contrastive observation were carried out between traditional therapy and internal fixation in the therapeutic process.Conclusion： On the purpose of functional rehabilitation,appropriate and economic treatment with less wound and pain is more significant.
