摘　　要：结合实践,介绍了本校组胚教研室连续开展了7届＂本科生知识论坛＂的实践和效果,指出论坛是早期培养医学生科研创新意识和创新能力的一种新模式。By relating to our practice,this paper introduces the practice and effectiveness of holding ＂Knowledge Forum of Undergraduate Students＂ seven times by the Department of Histology Embryology of our university.The forum is a new model to cultivate medical students＇ innovation awareness and creativity at an early stage.
