摘 要:4行程发动机曲轴振动是其主要振动噪声源,对于多点电控喷射系统,各缸不均匀性的控制策略直接影响曲轴转速的波动。为此对A,B两台样机在采用S型和D型两种不同控制系统时的整机噪声进行了对比试验分析。结果表明,S型和D型系统对各缸不均匀性控制策略的不同造成样机噪声水平不同,样机A振动噪声较大的主要原因不仅在于其整机结构的频响特性上,而且其控制策略也是影响其振动噪声的不可忽略的因素。The crankshaft vibration was the main source of vibration noise for a 4-stroke engine.For the multi-point injection system,the control strategy of working variance between cylinders directly affected the fluctuation of crankshaft speed.Accordingly,the influences of S-type and D-type control systems,which had different control strategies and were separately mounted to A and B engine,on engine overall noise were compared by the experiment.The results show that the noises produced by S-type and D-type control systems are different.The noise of A engine is larger.The larger vibration noise is not only related to engine frequency characteristics,but control strategy is also a factor that cannot be neglected.
