康复新液联合三联疗法对消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察及评价康复新液联合三联疗法对Hp相关消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响。方法将胃镜及组织病理学确诊的Hp相关消化性溃疡141例随机分为两组,试验组71例,对照组70例。对照组:奥美拉唑肠溶片20mg2次/d+阿莫西林克拉维酸钾0.75g2次/d,克拉霉素g2次/d,三联根除Hp1周,继续奥美拉唑肠溶片20mg,2次/d,口服3周;试验组:在对照组基础上加服康复新液10ml,3次/d,共4周,两组均为4周1疗程。疗程结束后复查溃疡愈合情况及Hp情况,观察消化性溃疡愈合率[Sl期+S2期]及S2期获得率,评价对消化性溃疡愈合质量的影响。结果治疗4周后试验组胃溃疡愈合率和S2期获得率分别为87.5%和58.3%,对照组分别42.8%和21.4%,十二指肠溃疡愈合率和S2期获得率分别为93.6%和72.3%,对照组分别为88.1%和40.5%,试验组消化性溃疡愈合率及S2期获得率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合奥美拉唑三联疗法明显增加S2期获得率,显著提高溃疡愈合质量,提示康复新液在消化性溃疡愈合中,特别是提高溃疡愈合质量中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Kangruxin liquid combined with triple therapy for healing quality of Hp-associated peptic ulcer.Methods 141 cases patients with Hp-associated peptic ulcer were devided into 2 groups randomly,study group （n=71） and control group （n=70）.Triple therapy of omeprazole 20mg bid,amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium 0.75 bid and clarithomycin 0.5 bid was given to control group for 7 days to eradicate helicobacter pylori （H.pylori）,and only Omeprazole 20mg bid followed up for 3 weeks;for study group besides the same treatment of triple therapy ,Kangfuxin liquid 10ml bid were added for 4 weeks.The curative ratio and S2 percentage of gastric and duodenal ulcer were compared with between the two groups.Results The curative ratio and S2 percentage of gastric ulcer in the study group was 87.5% and 58.3% ,duodenal ulcer,was 93.6% and 72.3% ,respectively in the control group were 42.8%,21.4%,88.1% and 40.5%.There was significant difference between the study group and the control group （P0.05 ） .Conclusion The combined therapy in the study group ,can significantly promote the quality of peptic ulcer healing,especially Kangfuxin liquid play an important role in the course of the ulcer curation.
