摘 要:汽车水泵轴承密封圈的密封性能与唇口过盈量密切相关。利用力学知识和Hertz接触理论推导了密封圈与轴表面的接触应力分布计算模型,分析了不同唇口过盈量下接触应力变化规律;采用自适应相关函数模拟轴的微观表面形貌,并计算了由于轴的表面微观不平度导致的轴转动一周时密封圈唇口接触应力的变化规律;根据疲劳理论和雨流法随机计数原理构建了密封圈疲劳寿命预测方法,并预测了密封圈的疲劳寿命随唇口过盈量变化的规律。本文的研究结果可为汽车水泵轴承密封圈技术的进一步研究和应用提供理论帮助。The performance of automotive water pump bearing seal is closely related with the magnitude of interference of the sealing lip.In this paper,mechanics of material and Hertz contact theory were applied to develop the model for calculating the contact stress distribution on seal and shaft surfaces,and used this model to analyze the relationship between the contact stress distribution and sealing lip′s interference.Micro-surface morphology of the shaft was simulated by taking advantage of the adaptive correlation function,moreover the alternating stress of sealing lip led by the surface micro-asperities were calculated within one revolution of the rotating shaft.The fatigue life prediction method of the seal was constructed according to rain-flow counting method and fatigue life calculation method,meanwhile the fatigue lives of the seal with different lip interferences were calculated.The present study can provide theoretical support for further research and application of the sealing technology of automotive water pump bearing.
