银川市兴庆区6167名城市小学生龋病患病情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解银川市兴庆区城市小学生的龋病患病情况。方法抽取银川兴庆区5所小学6、7、8、9、10、11、12岁7个年龄组6167名学生的进行龋病调查,并对调查资料进行分析。结果银川市兴庆区城市小学生6-12岁患龋率42.74%,患者龋均为2.11。男生患龋率为41.06%,女生患龋率为44.43%。结论银川市兴庆区城市小学生患龋率较高,应依年龄、性别等特点对小学生进行卫生知识教育和口腔健康服务工作。Objective To investigate the status of dental caries on the pupils in Xinqing District of Yinchuan and get the development characteristics.Methods The incidence of dental was investigated in 6167pupils selected from 5 primary schools in Xinqing District of Yinchuan.The pupils（6 to 12 years old） were randomly assigned to seven groups and were analyzed.Results Prevalence rate of the pupils in Xingqing District of Yinchuan from 6 to 12 years old was 42.74%.And the DMFT was 2.11.Prevalence rate was 41.06% and 44.34% in boy and girl groups respectively.Conclusion Prevalence rate of the pupils in Xingqing District of Yinchuan is 42.74%.Oral health knowledge and services should be given according to age,gender and other characteristics to the students of primary school.
