摘  要:介绍了工作过程导向的"电子产品生产工艺与管理"课程改革的具体做法。该课程以实际电子产品为载体,以电子产品生产过程为主线,采用"理实一体、实训生产、顶岗实习"三环相扣的教学模式,开展"工学结合"教学。通过理实一体教学,使学生初步掌握工艺管理与技术方面的知识和技能;通过实训生产,使学生真正得到生产工艺与管理的培训;通过顶岗实习,使学生接受一定的职业训练,取得一定的工作经历。经过实践证明,这对提高学生专业技能、职业素养及顺利地进入职业生涯方面取得一定成效。This paper described the course reform of process-oriented "electronic production technology and management".The course takes the real e-product as carrier,the e-product's manufacturing process as clue,"theory-practice integrating,training produce,post practice" as teaching mode to carry out the "engineering and learning" teaching.Through the combination of theory and practice teaching,the students will initially master knowledge and the skill of process management and technology;through the process training,the students will get the real training of process management;through real job internship,the students will receive some vocational training,and achieve certain work experience.The practice proved that it can enhance students' professional skills,professionalism thus help them to smoothly enter into vocational life.
