羟基喜树碱诱导细胞凋亡的实验设计及分析

摘　　要：使用羟基喜树碱处理Jurkat细胞,FITC-annexin V和PI双标后利用流式细胞仪检测实验结果。结果表明:羟基喜树碱处理后,部分细胞检测到有绿色荧光标记,表明羟基喜树碱能够诱导细胞发生凋亡。The Jurkat cells were treated with hydroxycamptothecine,the cells were stained with FITC-annexin V and PI,examined with the flow cytometry.The results showed that part of the cells are stained with fluorescence after treated with hydroxycamptothecine,indicating hydroxycamptothecine can induce the cells apoptosis
