摘　　要：探讨一种求解最小二乘方程组的直接方法。与现有的其他直接方法比较，它具有计算量少，稳定性好等优点。A direct method to solve the problem of least squares equations is discussed in this paper.As compaired with the other direct methods,the new method takes less work and gets a more stable result.
