摘　　要：为了解决现有产学合作信息管理系统在实际应用中出现的运行效率低、互操作性不强等问题,对象管理组织OMG提出了公共对象请求代理结构CORBA,以增强系统间的互操作能力,使构造灵活的分布式应用系统成为可能。解决现有产学合作信息管理系统存在的问题,为以后企业数据的信息化奠定基础。在设计过程中,尽可能考虑系统的可扩展性和可维护性,力求功能满足企业日益变化的需求。This paper analyzes the existing low efficiency and lack of interoperability in practical information management system.In order to address issues such as interoperability of software,Object Management Group OMG made public Object Request Broker Architecture CORBA to enhance interoperability between systems.To solve the problems of existing enterprise information management system for the future of information technology enterprise data foundation,CRM as an example discussed in the end,needs analysis,databases,and some functions of the analysis and design and its implementation.Use data-driven approach in designing the database structure to enhance the system flexibility.In the design process,this article strives to meet the ever-changing scalability and maintainability the system as far as possible.
