摘  要:良好的师生关系有利于教育教学活动的顺利开展,能够保证教育意义的最终生成。对话型师生关系是一种建立在师生平等基础上的,通过师生对话进行知识共建的教育意义共生过程。它有助于课堂教学的有效对话,有助于消减师生矛盾,有助于师生共同成长与进步。在对话型师生关系的构建中,平等是起点,对话是过程,理解是最终归宿。Good teacher-student relation is favorable for the educational activities to be well developed,which can make the educational meanings sure to come.Teacher-student relation is a course based on the equity between teacher and students in which the educational meanings happen simultaneously:teacher-student relation can insure that the teacher and students build their structure of knowledge through the dialogue together,which helps to develop effective dialogues in classroom teaching,to reduce the contradictions between them,to result in growing and making progresses together.To construct the dialogue-based teacher-student relation,equity is the starting point:dialogue,the course:and understanding,the final aim.
