摘　　要：针对广东服务外包业的特点,筛选出影响广东服务外包业的因素,包括:要素成本、环境因素、人力技能和可获得性、企业竞争力等四个主要指标;利用AHP模型对各指标进行定量研究,指出广东省服务外包业竞争力影响因素首要指标是商业环境,而综合各指标来看,影响最大的因素是基础设施。In view of the characteristics of Guangdong service outsourcing, this paper selects the factors influencing Guangdong service outsourcing industry, which includes four main such indicators as factor cost, environmental factor, manpower skills and availability, enterprise competitive power, and conducts the quantitative investigation into various targets using the AHP model. The study points out that the primary factor influencing Guangdong Province＇s service outsourcing competitiveness is the business environment, while the most influential factor should be the infrastructure referring to the comprehensive index.
