摘  要:【目的】研究大白菜Ogura雄性不育系及保持系生理生化特性。【方法】对2个大白菜Ogura雄性不育系(‘OJC’、‘OQS’)及保持系(‘JC’、‘QS’)的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量以及过抗氧化酶(过氧化氢酶CAT、过氧化物酶POD、超氧化物歧化酶SOD)活性的变化进行了分析。【结果】2个不育系小蕾时可溶性糖,可溶性蛋白质含量低于保持系;中蕾时可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量以及CAT、POD、SOD活性均低于保持系;大蕾时可溶性蛋白质,脯氨酸含量以及CAT、SOD活性均低于保持系。【结论】可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、游离脯氨酸含量和酶活性的变化与大白菜Ogura细胞质雄性不育有关。[Objective ] Studies on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Ogura CMS line and its maintainer line in Chinese cabbage. [Method] The contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline and the activities of antioxidase ( catalase ( CAT), peroxidase ( POD), superoxide dismutase (SOD) ) in the bud, of two Ogura cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) lines(' OJC' ,' OQS' ) and their maintainer lines ( 'JC' ,' QS' )of Brassica rapa L. ssp. pekinensis during different development stages were studied. [ Result ] Results showed that the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein in two CMS lines were lower than those in their maintainer lines in tiny bud stage;the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline and the activities of CAT, POD and SOD in two CMS lines were lower than those in their maintainer lines in middle bud stage;the contents of soluble protein, proline and the activities of CAT, SOD in two CMS lines were lower than those in their maintainer lines in big bud stage. [ Conclusion] These results suggested that the variation,of the contents of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline and the activities of CAT, POD and SOD were relate to pollen abortion in Ogura CMS of Brassica rapa L. ssp. Pekinensis.
