对山西黑砖窑事件的伦理反思

摘　　要：尽管"山西黑砖窑事件"已过去3年了,在我们的民族心灵和文化深处产生的创痛虽已过去,但其所引发的余痛或后遗症还远未结束,还有必要理性分析和全面总结"山西黑砖窑事件"所蕴含的道德影响和伦理价值,重温它对提高全民的人本意识、增强政治伦理的爱民理念、促进社会主义道德价值体系的建设所拥有的重要意义。以"黑砖窑事件"为例,从哲学伦理学视角对民生现状和民生问题的现实层面进行理性的反思和伦理学的探讨,其目的就是要对当今社会生活中的民生问题及其改善民生的策略进行理性升华和合价值目标的道德论证,既要促进我们的民生改善,增进我们的民生幸福,更要防止和杜绝类似严重的民生问题再次发生。Although it has been three years since Shanxi illegal brick kiln event happened,the labor pain of trauma deeply imprinted in the heart of our nation and culture was over,but the hangover left has never ceased.It is necessary to analyze rationally and conclude comprehensively the moral effects and ethical values of the terrible event,as well as to reconsider its significance in enhancing consciousness of national humanism,strengthening the idea of loving people in political ethics and stimulating the construction of socialism moral value system.Therefore,taking illegal brick kiln event as an example,reflecting on the reality and status quo of people＇s livelihood from the perspective of philosophical ethics,the aim of this thesis is to conduct a further sublimation and moral demonstrate with ethical objects about people＇s livelihood in current social lives and relative strategies to improve it.The task is to both stimulate livelihood enhancement,promote peoples＇ happiness and prevent or completely stop such serious events from happening.
