15例小切口内镜辅助下下颌下腺切除术的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口内镜辅助下下颌下腺切除的可行性及美容效果。方法对15例下颌下腺良性病损患者,采用小切口内镜辅助下下颌下腺切除术。结果全部患者的下颌下腺被完整切除。患者均无出现舌麻、口角歪斜、唾液瘘、感染等并发症,疤痕不明显。结论小切口内镜辅助下下颌下腺良性病损切除是可行的,可获得较理想的美容效果。Objective To investigate the feasibility and cosmetic result of endocope-assisted resection of submandibular gland with minimal skin incision.Methods 15 patients were performed endocope-assisted resection of submandibular gland with minimal skin incision.Of the 15 patients,13 were mixed tumor,2 were sialoadenitis.Results All the operation were successfully finished.No complications such as numbness of tongue,distortion of commissure,sialosyrinx and infection were occurred,and the scar was very small with good cosmetic result.Conclusion Endoscope-assisted resection of submandibular gland with small skin incision is a feasible method for treatment of benign lesions with good cosmetic result.
