摘　　要：院校培训作为教师专业化发展的重要举措,在其发挥重要作用的同时,也存在着许多问题。其中突出的表现在保障机制方面,主要有精神保障缺乏、物质保障不够和服务保障不足等问题。通过从观念、体制、实践操作三个方面分析其原因,可以通过采取以下对策来完善院校培训的保障机制:加大宣传学习力度,完善相关制度,提高院校培训的精神保障水平;加大投入力度,加强院校培训的物质保障;转变管理服务方式,改善院校培训的服务保障水平等。University training as an important measure for teachers＇ professional development plays an important role,but it also has many problems,especially in the safeguard mechanism.Through the analysis of the causes of these problems this paper puts forward the solutions for teachers in middle and primary school.To improve mechanism level by strengthening publicity and perfecting the relevant system,to strengthen material guarantee by adding investment,and to improve service levels by changing management services.
