摘 要:目的分析YWHAH基因在肾癌中的表达特征,以期探讨YWHAH基因与肾癌发生发展的关系。方法利用第二代测序技术对10例肾癌及癌旁组织进行测序,生物信息学分析后,进行30例样本的RT-PCR和QPCR验证。结果在10例测序结果发现YWHAH在肾癌中过表达,肾癌组织中表达量是癌旁组织的3.79倍,QPCR验证结果是肾癌组织中表达量是癌旁组织4.34倍。结论 YWHAH在肾癌中呈过表达,可能与肾癌的发生发展有关系,有望为临床治疗提供了理论基础和治疗依据。Objective To analyze the features of YWHAH gene expression in renal cell carcinoma in order to explore the relationship of YWHAH gene with the development of renal cell carcinoma.Methods Using second-generation sequencing technology in 10 cases of renal cell carcinoma and adjacent tissues were sequenced,bioinformatics Analysis,samples of 30 patients were RT-PCR and QPCR validation.Results In 10 patients sequencing results showed that overexpression YWHAH in renal cell carcinoma,renal cell carcinoma group Organizations in the expression is 3.79 times the adjacent tissue,QPCR validation results are the expression of renal cell carcinoma is 4.34 times the adjacent tissues.Conclusion YWHAH Was over expressed in renal cell carcinoma, renal cell carcinoma may be associated with the development of a relationship,is expected to provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment and therapeutic basis.
