胃癌和结肠癌患者血清MK的定量检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的测定胃癌和结肠癌患者手术前血清中中期因子的含量,探讨中期因子与胃癌和结肠癌诊断及转移之间的关系。方法用ELISA法检测36例胃癌患者和20例结肠癌血清中中期因子水平,与正常对照组(30例)进行比较,并比较胃癌转移患者与未转移患者的血清中期因子水平。结果胃癌患者组血清中期因子水平为577±278pg/ml,结肠癌患者组血清中期因子水平为451±161 pg/ml,正常对照组为181±91 pg/ml,两组癌症患者血清中期因子水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),胃癌患者组与结肠癌患者组之间血清中期因子水平无统计学差异(P>0.05);15例胃癌淋巴结转移患者血清中中期因子含量为681±291 pg/ml,21例未转移患者为504±248 pg/ml,两组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清中中期因子表达水平的升高对胃癌和结肠癌的诊断有意义,可以作为癌症筛查的指标之一。Objective To study midkine＇s relationship with the diagnosis and metastases by measuring the concentration of midkine in serum of preperative gastric carcinoma and colon carcinoma patients.Methods The level of the midkine in serum of 36 cases of gastric carcinoma patients、20 cases of colon carcinoma patients and 30 cases of normal people was detected by ELISA,compare the serum level of midkine within these three groups;gastric carcinoma patients were divided into lymphaden transfer group and non-lymphaden transfer group,the level of midkine in serum were counted and analysed.Results The level of midkine in serum of gastric carcinoma patients before operation was 577±278 pg/ml,and that of colon carcinoma patients was 451±161 pg/ml,both significantly higher than normal contral（P0.01） which is 181±91 pg/ml,and there was no significant difference between the two carcinoma groups;The midkine in serum of 15 cases of lymphaden transfer group were 681±291 pg/ml;the midkine in non-lymphaden transfer group were 504±268 pg/ml.There was no significant difference between two groups.Conclusion The quantitive measurement and expression of midkine in gastric carcinoma and colon carcinoma patients have instructive significance in diagnosing these two carcinomas.
