摘　　要：牙周炎和高脂血症是影响中老年人生活质量的常见病,二者之间的联系问题近年来引起了学者的更多关注。文章侧重阐述牙周炎与高脂血症相关性的流行病学研究情况,包括牙周炎与血脂水平的相关性、牙周炎治疗与血脂变化的关系、牙周病与高脂血症的因果关系;以及牙周炎与高脂血症可能相关的生物学机制。旨在通过牙周炎与高脂血症二者之间的相关性来更好地认识和研究牙周炎与心血管疾病之间的联系。Periodontitis and hyperlipemia are common diseases that affect the quality of life in middle-aged and old people.Many researchers have attempted to study the association between periodontitis and hyperlipiemia in recent years.This article mainly describes the epidemiological studies regarding the association of periodontitis with hyperlipemia,including the correlation of periodontitis with serum lipid level,that of periodontitis treatment and the change in serum lipid level,and the causality of periodontitis with hyperlipemia,in addition to the potential biological mechanisms.This review aims to better understand and study the association of periodontitis with cardiovascular diseases through the investigation into the correlation of periodontitis with hyperlipemia.
