摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下尼龙圈套扎联合高频电切治疗胃肠道大息肉的效果和安全性。方法选取157例消化道大息肉患者随机分为观察组(82例)和对照组(75例),观察组给予尼龙圈套扎联合高频电切治疗,对照组仅行高频电切术治疗。比较两组患者的成功率及并发症的发生率有无差别。结果两组的成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并发症的发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组远低于对照组。结论采用内镜下尼龙圈套扎联合高频电切的方法治疗消化道大息肉安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of endoscopic nylon endoloop combining with high-frequency electroresection for treating gastrointestinal large polyps（diameter≥2 cm）.Methods 157 cases with gastrointestinal large polyps were randomly divided into test group（82 cases）and control group（75 cases）,the test group was treated with endoscopic nylon endoloop combining with high-frequency electroresection.The controlled group was merely treated with high-frequency electroresection.The successive rate of two groups and the incidence of complications were compared.Results The successive rate between the two groups were no significant difference（P0.05）.The incidence of complications were significantly different（P0.05）,the test group was significantly lower than that of the controlled group.Conclusion Endoscopic nylon endoloop combining with high-frequency electroresection for treating gastrointestinal large polyps was safe and effective,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
