摘　　要：文章以2002—2005年的我国上市公司中的93起技术并购事件为样本,在技术并购模式重构的基础上,以主营业务利润率为指标对技术并购绩效进行了实证分析。结果表明:技术并购总体上提升了企业绩效,行业巩固型技术并购绩效优于业务开拓型技术并购绩效。Taking 93 technology-motivated acquisition events of Chinese listed companies ranging from 2002 to 2005,based on technology-motivated acquisition pattern reconstruction,the main business profit margin was used as the index to judge the MA performances of enterprises.The empirical research shows that technology-motivated acquisition have a prominent effect on operating performance,and the performance of the industry consolidation technology-motivated acquisition is superior to the business-expanding technology-motivated acquisition.
