摘　　要：企业战略联盟具有既能给企业带来巨大收益,又极易遭遇失败的特征,因此业界十分注意提高联盟能力的研究。为了能够给为我国联盟能力的研究和企业提高联盟能力的实践提供借鉴,对国外有关联盟能力研究的前沿成果进行了全面的综述,并提出了未来可能的研究方向。Since strategic alliance is characterized as high possibilities of great profit and high possibilities of failure as well,researchers pay close attention to alliance capability.In order to provide Chinese researches and practice on alliance capability with some experience,this paper comprehensively summarized the leading achievements of overseas researches on alliance capability and brought forth possible research directions in this field.
