摘  要:采用DF技术对芡实的真空冷冻干燥生产工艺进行了探讨。结果表明,芡实最佳冷冻干燥工艺条件为速冻温度-32℃^-35℃,速冻时间1 h,升华干燥时仓压90~110Pa;解析干燥时仓压为40~50Pa,解析时的物料温度为50℃,冷冻干燥所需时间为12 h。Freeze drying process of Gordon euryale seeds was investigated based on FD technique.The results showed that conditions of vacuum freeze drying process of Gordon euryale seeds were as follows,the quick-freeze temperature was-32℃ ^-35℃;the quick-freeze time was 1h;the drying sublimation pressure was 90~110Pa;the drying desorption pressure was 40~50Pa;the materiel temperature during desorption was about 50℃;and the whole freeze-dying took a period of 12h.
