摘 要:论述了世界上魔芋栽培品种的现状,总结了当前魔芋常规杂交育种、辐照诱变育种、多倍体育种及基因工程育种所做出的成就,并指出魔芋育种应注重3个方面的研究,一是加强魔芋资源收集,并加以筛选、鉴定和利用;二是加强抗病基因转化研究,创造一批抗病高产魔芋新种质;三是大力加强魔芋多倍体种质资源的研究。In this paper,several cultivated Amorphophallus konjac varieties in the world were introduced and the achievements obtained in A.konjac breeding including hybridization,radiation induced mutation,polyploidy and transgenic engineering were summarized.The three main development focuses of A.konjac breeding were proposed.Firstly,the collection,evaluation and utilization of wild A.konjac resources should be an important task.Secondly,several new disease-resistant transgenic A.konjac resources should be obtained.Finally,researchers should attach more attention to polyploid breeding,especially odd-numbered polyploid A.konjac.
