摘  要:以怀菊花中的优良品种小黄菊为试材,研究了玻璃化超低温保存对怀菊花再生苗形态及生理指标的影响。结果表明,与常温苗相比,继代培养的玻璃化超低温保存再生苗前期(0~15 d)生长较慢,中期(15~30 d)开始快速生长,至45 d时,二者长势基本一致;叶片的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和叶绿素含量均没有显著的差异。玻璃化超低温保存能够保持其形态和生理的稳定性。In this paper,Xiaohuangju,a superior variety of Huaiqing chrysanthemum(Dendranthema morifolium),was taken as materials,to study the effects of cryopreservation by vitrification on morphology and physiology of Huaiqing Chrysanthemum regeneration plantlets.The results indicated that comparing with the plantlets preserved at room temperature,the plantlets after cryopreservation by vitrification grew slowly in early phase(0~15 d);and then began to grow faster in medium term(15~30 d);till the 45th day,they seemed congruously in growth.There were no significant difference between the plantlets after cryopreservation by vitrification and the plantlets preserved at room temperature on the average increasing value of internodal length,plant height,leaf number,and the contents of soluble sugar,soluble protein and chlorophyll.Thus morphological and some physiological stability could be maintained via vitrification in Huaiqing chrysanthemum.
