6～15岁儿童泪膜稳定性调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析6～15岁儿童泪膜稳定性。方法选择重庆永川地区300例6～15岁儿童(600眼),其中男152例(304眼),女148例(296眼)。定点暗室,定人操作,将0.25%荧光素钠溶液滴入下结膜囊内,在裂隙灯显微镜9 mm钴兰光束下观察,用电子秒表同步记录出现第一个黑斑或黑线的时间。结果在温度为(18.5±2.5)℃、湿度为(55.5±12.5)%条件下,泪膜破裂时间(tear break up time,TBUT)为(16.92±8.96)s;TBUT在左、右眼及性别方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但随年龄增加泪膜稳定性有下降趋势(左眼r=-0.12,P<0.05;右眼r=-0.14,P<0.05)。结论 6～15儿童泪膜破裂时间较成人长,泪膜稳定性随年龄增加有下降趋势。Objective To measure the average value of tear break-up time（TBUT）,and evaluate the stability of tear film of children.Methods 300 children（600 eyes） of 6 to 15 years old from Yongchuan district of Chongqing were selected randomly,including 152 boys（304 eyes）and 148 girls（296 eyes）.In a specific darkroom,0.25% fluorescein sodium was dropped into conjunctiva bursa.The changes under 9 mm cobalt blue beam of slit-lamp microscope was used to observed,and the time with a stopwatch was recorded when the first dry macula appeared.Results Under the temperature of（12.5±2.5）℃ and the relative humidity of 55.5%～12.5%,the average value of children′s TBUT was（16.92±8.96） seconds.There was no statistic significance in comparing the TBUT values between males and females or between right and left（P0.05）.But there was a decrease of tear film stability with the growth of children′s age（left eyes：r=-0.12,P0.05;right eyes：r=-0.14,P0.05）.Conclusion The TBUT of children from 6 to 15 years of age is longer than that of adults,but the stability of tear film decreases with the growth of age.
