宫颈癌中白细胞介素-10、白细胞介素-12检测及其意义

摘　　要：目的检测宫颈癌患者白细胞介素-10(IL-10)及白细胞介素-12(IL-12)浓度。方法用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测30例宫颈癌患者,25例健康成年人血清IL-10及IL-12浓度。结果宫颈癌组IL-10浓度明显高于对照组,宫颈癌组IL-12浓度明显低于对照组。IL-10浓度在≤50岁年龄组明显高于>50岁年龄组,低分化癌组明显高于高、中分化癌组,有淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组、晚期临床分期组(Ⅲ/Ⅳ)明显高于早期临床分期组(Ⅰ/Ⅱ),P均<0.01但在不同病理类型浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IL-12浓度在低分化癌组明显低于高、中分化癌组,有淋巴结转移组明显低于无淋巴结转移组、晚期临床分期组(Ⅲ/Ⅳ)明显低于早期临床分期组(Ⅰ/Ⅱ),P均<0.01,但在不同年龄组及病理类型浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而且IL-10及IL-12浓度呈负相关关系。结论宫颈癌中高浓度的IL-10可能产生对IL-12的拮抗作用,损害机体肿瘤免疫,促进肿瘤发展,检测IL-10和IL-12可反映宫颈癌病期、判断疗效和估计预后。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of interleukin-10（IL-10）and interleukin-12（IL-12） in cervical cancer. Methods 63 cervical cancer patients and 22 healthy people were examined the level of IL-10 and IL- l2 in the serum by ELISA assay. Results The level of IL-10 in cervical cancer patients was higher significantly than that in healthy people, while the level of IL-12 was lower. The level of IL-10 in those younger than 50 years old,poorly differentiated carcinoma patients, patients with lymphatic metastas and patients in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages was higher than those older than 50 years, highly and middle differentiated carcinoma patients, patients without lymphatic metastas and patients in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages respectively. But there was no difference among different pathological types. The level of IL-12 in poorly differentiated carcinoma patients,patients with lymphatic metastas and patients in Ⅲ and Ⅳ stages was lower than those highly and middle differentiated carcinoma patients, patients without lymphatic metastas and patients in Ⅰ and Ⅱ stages respectively. But there was no difference among different age and pathological types. There was negative correlation between IL-10 and IL-12. Conclusion High level of IL-10 could have antagonistic effect to IL-12,and impair the tumor immunity and promote the development of tumor. IL-10 and IL-12 can reflect cervical cancer stage, judge curative effect and estimate prognosis.
