摘　　要：《黄庭经》是宋代颇为流行的道教经典之一。陆游与道教关系密切,道学修养深厚,《黄庭经》对其影响相当深刻。我们从陆游的诗文中发现,陆游对《黄庭经》是了解和熟悉的。从陆游的养生思想、生活心态、文学创作等方面也可看出《黄庭经》对陆游的影响。Huang Ting Jing was one of the most popular Taoist classics in the Song Dynasty.Lu You,the person who was closely involved with Taoism,actually was an expert in Taoism and was influenced by Huang Ting Jing.Starting from Lu You＇s poetry and prose,we find out that Lu You is familiar with Huang Ting Jing.What＇s more,we can also find out the impact of Huang Ting Jing on Lu You from aspects such as regimen,the psychology of living,literature creation and so on.
