摘 要:通过在北京地铁5号线高架桥梯形轨枕轨道试验段上进行的现场噪声测试,对比分析列车通过梯形轨枕轨道和普通板式轨道时桥梁附近的噪声,研究梯形轨枕轨道的噪声频谱特性及随列车速度变化的规律。测试结果表明:梯形轨枕轨道的降噪能力明显优于普通板式轨道,从时域看,噪声随着列车速度的增加而增加,但是梯形轨枕轨道的噪声值比普通板式轨道低;从频域看,噪声主要集中在60~4 000 Hz范围内,在轨道附近测点和25 m处测点处以1 000 Hz以上的高频轮轨噪声为主,在梁底测点处100~150 Hz范围内的低频结构噪声占很大比重;在1~4 Hz和30~1 000 Hz频域范围内,梯形轨枕轨道的噪声比普通板式轨道平均低6 dB;在4~30及1 000 Hz以上频域范围,2种轨道的噪声水平相当。Field measurement was conducted at the test section of the ladder sleeper track on the elevated bridge of Beijing Metro Line 5. The site noise near the bridge was measured and analyzed when the train running on the ladder sleeper track and the common slab track. The spectral characteristics of the noise and the variation laws of noise with respect to train speed were studied. The test results indicate that the ladder sleeper track has better noise-reduction performance than the common slab track. In the time domain, the noise level increases with train speed, the noise of the ladder sleeper track is lower than that of the common slab track. In the frequency domain, the energy of the noise focuses between 60 and 4 000 Hz. The main frequency component of the noise near the track and at the 25 m measurement point is the wheel-track noise above 1 000 Hz, while that near the beam bottom emerges predominant frequencies between 100 and 150 Hz. The noise of the ladder sleeper track between 1 and 4 Hz and between 30 and 1 000 Hz is about 6 dB lower than that of the common slab track. The two types of track have equivalent noise level between 4 and 30 Hz and above 1 000 Hz.
