卵巢癌诊断指标研究

摘　　要：对 ５１ 例卵巢良、恶性肿瘤和 ２８ 例对照者的血清进行癌抗原 １２５（ Ｃ Ａ１２５ ）、癌抗原 １５３（ Ｃ Ａ１５３）、铁蛋白（ Ｓ Ｆ）、乳酸脱氢酶（ Ｌ Ｄ Ｈ）和碱性磷酸酶（ Ａ Ｋ Ｐ）５ 项指标检测。结果：（１）卵巢恶性肿瘤患者血清各项指标均值全部高于对照者和卵巢良性肿瘤患者（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 或 Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；（２）Ⅲ、Ⅳ期卵巢癌患者各项指标阳性率高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５ 或 Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；除 Ａ Ｋ Ｐ外，上皮性癌患者各项指标阳性率高于非上皮性癌患者（ Ｐ＜ ０．０５）；（３）判断卵巢肿瘤的良、恶性，单项指标以 Ｃ Ａ１２５的诊断性能最好；多项指标组合以 Ｃ Ａ１２５、 Ｃ Ａ１５３、 Ｓ Ｆ 中任意 ２ 项同时增高作为阳性标准诊断性能最好。Thirty six cases of ovarian cancer, 15 ovarian benign tumors and 28 normal controls were assayed for cancer antigen 125 (CA 125 ), cancer antigen 15 3(CA 15 3 ), serum ferritin (SF), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), alkaline phosphatase (AKP). The results showed (1) the averasge content of tumor markers in ovarian cancer was higher than benign tumor and healthy controls. (2)The positive rate of tumor markers in stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ patients of ovarian cancer was lower than that in stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ. (3)In the tumor markers, the diagnostic value of CA 125 for ovaian cancer was best. (4)Combined assaying CA 125 , CA 15 3 and SF was superior to using one marker for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
