摘　　要：目的探讨固定桥基牙发生牙髓病、根尖周病时,及时确认患牙的临床依据及意义。方法收集我院口腔门诊4年间固定修复后基牙并发牙髓炎以及根尖周炎的病例共42例,对其临床症状、体征及诊断情况作了分析。结果本组病例确认患牙所依据的主要临床体征依次是根尖部牙龈充血、肿胀、压痛,牙片,根尖部瘘管。结论叩痛对确定患牙基本没有参考意义,确定患牙主要依靠根尖部的牙龈充血肿胀压痛、根尖部瘘管等体征。Objective To discuss the fixed bridge foundation tooth to have the dental pulp disease,apical periapical prompt confirmation trouble tooth＇s clinical basis.Methods 42 cases of pulpitis and periapical after abutment fixed in oral rehabilitation clinic 4 years were collected.The clinical symptom,sings and diagnose were analyzed.Results The diagnosis bases were the root point gum hyperemia swelling tenderness,syrinx in tooth piece and root point.Conlusion There is no reference in determining the meaning of basic teeth by sensitive to percussion.Determined mainly depend on the apical teeth gum congestion and swelling,tenderness and signs of apical fistula.
