强化认知行为干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨强化认知行为干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法:将84例经住院治疗处于恢复期的精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组各42例,观察组在给予抗精神病药物治疗及常规护理基础上,同时给予强化认知行为干预,对照组只给予抗精神病药物及常规护理。采用护士用住院病人观察量表(NOSIE)、住院精神病人康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)对两组患者进行6周康复状态的评定。结果:干预6周后观察组NOSIE总分与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.01),各个因子分与对照组比较,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);IPROS总分及各个因子得分均不同程度低于对照组,差异均有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:强化认知行为干预有助于改善精神分裂症患者残留症状,降低社会残疾程度,对提高患者生活质量及社会功能,促进疾病康复等均有积极作用。Objectlve：To disseuss the rehabiliation effect of enhanced cognitive behavioral intervention in patients with schizophrenia. Methods：84 cases in the recovery period after hospitalization in patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the observation group and conventional antipsychotics in the nursing care given to addition, while giving enhanced cognitive behavioral intervention, control group only given antipsychotic and routine care, using nurse - patient observation scale （ NOSIE）, psychiatric in - patient rehabilitation effects rating scale （1PROS） for 6 weeks of rehabilitation patients were the assessment of the state. Results ：Observed after 6 weeks of intervention group compared with the control group NOSIE scores, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, all factor scores with the control group, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 01 ）, IPROS Total and all factor scores were lower than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： Enhanced cognitive behavioral intervention can improve residual symptoms of schizophrenia, lower social disability, to improve the quality of life and social function, and promote recovery from disease and so have a positive effect.
